With a passion for supporting others to succeed, Daniel founded Pathway Coaching and Consulting to offer a personalised, empowering approach to personal and professional development. His coaching combines deep listening, strategic thinking, and support. Daniel holds a Master of Business (MBS) from The Irish Management Institute and University College Cork, consisting of professional diplomas in Leadership, Executive Coaching, and Advanced Strategic Performance. He is EMCC–EIA accredited at Senior Practitioner level, Rochemartin Emotional Intelligence qualified, and also holds a BSc (Hons) in Advanced Manufacturing Technology.
