Daniel O’Brien is a seasoned leader and coach with 30+ years of real-world industry experience, spanning roles from Operator all the way to Senior Manager. He understands what it means to grow through the ranks, and that perspective fuels his deep empathy and effectiveness as a coach.

Daniel holds a Master of Business (MBS) from The Irish Management Institute and University College Cork, consisting of professional diplomas in Leadership, Executive Coaching, and Advanced Strategic Performance. Daniel is EMCC–EIA accredited at Senior Practitioner level, Rochemartin Emotional Intelligence qualified, and also holds a BSc (Hons) in Advanced Manufacturing Technology.
